Day 02Kathmandu Guided Sightseeing tourAfter the breakfast we will start the Kathmandu Sightseeing tour. Kathmandu Durbar Square-The historical square Monkey temple-The combination of Hinduism and Buddhism mythology Pashupatinath Temple-The oldest and biggest only one Shiva Temple in South Asia Buddhanath Stupa-The holy place of Tibetan Buddhism. And return back to Kathmandu and trip briefing.
Day 03Kathamndu-Lukla and trek to Phakding 4hrs. Overnight at Guest House. 2620m.Morning fly to Lukla (135Km) and begins the trek through the Tamang and Sherpa village. Lukla is mostly inhabited my Sherpa tribes. The trail goes gradually flat and easy to Phakding. Over night at Guest house.
Day 04Phakding-Namche Bazaar 5 hrs. Overnight at Guest House (3440m).You are approaching to the himalaya closely. Viewing all mountain and pine forest and following the yak take you to Namche Bazar. On the way you will have the first encounter of Mount Everest, Amadablem, Themserku and many more. Overnight at Guest House
Day 05Rest day in Namche for acclimatizationOptional hike to Thame/Khumjung Monastery/Everest view Hotel. Over night at Guest house.
Day 06Namche-Trek to Tyangboche 5hrs. Overnight at guest House 3680m.Trek begins very easily first part then trail goes downhill to Phunki Tanga on the river side. From here the Bouddhism was introduce into the Khombu valley. Then ascend about 800m to Tyangboche through the pine forest. Overnight at Guest House.
Day 07Tyangboche- Trek to Dingboche 5hrs. Overnight at Guest House 4400m.Tyang boche is the best place to view Mount Everest, Amadablam and Thanserku in the back. Tyang boche monastery is another attraction of the tourist so GAT staffs take you there in the morning to participate for Puja and descend through the Rhododendron forest. Facing always giant mountain range towards Chhukung valley. Over night at Guest house.
Day 08Dingboche -Lobuche 5hrs. Overnight at Guest HouseAs we are walking in high altitude area so we are trekking like a slog. When we cross the small river in Dhukla the path goes steep up to Lobuche. You visit Chorten,Mane stone and all panoramic view of above eight thousand meters mountain. Over night at Guest house.
Day 09Lobuche-Gorekshep 3hrs Overnight at Guest House 5100m. Optional hike to Everest base CampYou are on the lap of the Himalayan range. Gorekshep is the initial base camp of Everest. Until 1950s climber set their camp at this place. Optional hiked up to Everest base camp and back to lodge. Over night at Guest house.
Day 10Gorekshep-Pheriche Overnight at Guest House 4110m.Early morning start your trip to Kalapathar for amazing sun rise at the closest proximity of Lhotse and Mt. Everest and on the button you will view the biggest Khumbu glacier. After breakfast trek to Pheriche for your comfort overnight.
Day 11Pheriche-Namche 6hrs.Overnight at Guest HouseWalking through the wide valley offers you the great views of Himalaya and takes your time to visit the giant Sherpa village and monastery along the way to Namche Bazar. You might see the Trans Himalayan Market in Namche Bazar on Saturday, overnight at Guest house.
Day 12Namche Bazar - Lukla 6hrs.Overnight at Guest HouseEven though you are trekking back same trails but a lot of different views and Sherpa village will keep your mind busy. Overnight at Guest house.
Day 13Lukla-Morning fly back to Kathmandu.Arrivals and transfer to Hotel. The trip will conclude here. You are open for your wellness day in Kathmandu. Evening, farewell dinner in Nepali typical restaurant.
Day 14Kathmandu Hotel-Transfer to Airport (TIA) After having the hygienic breakfast we will transfer you to The Kathmandu Airport with private vehicle for your final departure.

You can trek by yourself as a private group on the date you select without paying extra, or you can choose to join a small group that is scheduled during your preferred time frame. We also now and then arrange groups on dates other than those shown on this schedule so feel free to contact us to inquire about other possible dates for group treks that you might be able to join.

When are the Treks programmed?
Please see below the scheduled times for treks in 2017/18. If you would like to join one of these groups simply indicate your trek interest and preferred departure date when you contact us. If a group is shown as Closed (full) please check with us as we may be begins another group on or around that date that you could join.
Accommodations during the trek:
We seek to offer our clients comfortable and clean private accommodations. We always make sure that you can sleep well. We always provide you the various available lodge/tea-house during the trek. Most of the nights, there will be a warm dining room with comfortable chairs. Normally, you will have running hot showers for most of the days, but there may be a few nights where there is no running hot shower. A bucket of hot water will be offered for an additional cost. Your guide always makes sure that your bed is clean and comfortable.
While in Kathmandu, we provide you 2-star hotel standard clean and comfortable hotel with hot and cold showers. However the room is comprised with attached bathe room with hot and cold water and air condition and free Wifi. The hotel has big rooms and centrally located in the heart of the city. Hotel offers the healthy and hygienic breakfast.

How fit do I have for this trek?
Trekking means walking in the remote area where modern facility are not available and walking more uphill and downhill. So, if you are physically fit and health condition is fine, you can do this trek easily.
Can I use credit cards in during this trekking?
Credit card facilities are not available in the mountain. So you must have Nepalese Rupees in cash. However in major city like in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Biratnagar have credit card facilities are available.
What currency do the tea houses take?
Only Nepalese currency is accepted.
Where should I get my money exchanged?
To change Money, In major city there are several Bank and money exchanger, where you can change easily.
What payment do they take for a Nepal Visa?
Nepal Immigration accepts only in US Dollars for visa and please brings 2 pass port photographs.
What are the basic amenities at a tea house?
In few places you will get private attached bath room with running water, However most of the places you need to share the bath room. You always get comfortable private room.
Do tea houses have electricity so I can charge my electronic devices?
Yes, Most of the places have electricity and you can charge your batteries.
Are there any mandatory extra fees during the trek?
No, There is no any hidden fees apart from your personal expenses.
If I need to purchase some gear or supplies where should I get it?
All kind of branded gears you can buy in Kathmandu.
How do I find you at the airport?
Our airport representative will be holding you name card at the arrivals gate, please look your name.
What kind of weather we expect during this trekking?
The weather is very unpredictable in the mountain, however below 1000m is quite warm and coldest season it falls about 8/20 degree.
Below 2000m- Minimum 1 degree and maximum 15 degree. (1/15)
Below 3000m- Minimum -1 degree and maximum 13 degree.
Below 4000m- minimum -2 degree and maximum 12 degree
Below 5000m- minimum -4 degree and maximum 5 degree
Above 5000m is extremely cold.
How does getting food work at the tea houses?
All different verities (continental and Nepalese) of hygienic food is served during the trek.
What is the preferred type of luggage?
A backpack in its simplest form, a cloth sack carried on one's back and secured with two straps that go over the shoulders.
Can I get my clothes washed?
No there is no laundry services are available in the mountain.
Do I need to get Diamox (altitude sickness medicine) before I arrive?
Yes you better to bring some high altitude medicine with you.
Can I add extra days to my trekking?
