span 12px;=Manaslu Tsum Valley trekking is also known as the Hidden Valley trek, a land of living museum with mainly Tibetan inhabitants. Tsum lies on the northern part of Manaslu treks and used to be a control area until 2008. Although the region lies within Nepal, the Buddhism influenced Manaslu and tsum is a world of its own. Originally, Tsum valley used to be a separate area different from both Nepal and Tibet. The Tsum Valley region is still less tourist trekking trails, Tsum valley is a newely opened trek trails in Nepal Himalaya. The people have their own way of family culture, Polyandry structure is practice in this area- All the brothers in the family are married to a single girl. Tsum Valley and Manaslu area is full of forthcoming mountains, passes, deep gorges, hamlets, Gompas, chortens, fluttering flag and Mani walls.

Manaslu Tsum valley Trek takes you into the magnificent surroundings of the Manaslu 8167m, Ganesh Himal, Sringi Himal, and Boudha Himal ranges. In the initial days of the trek, we explore the Budhi Gandaki Valley through a mix of dense forest, terraced fields and hill settlement. As we leave the main Manaslu Trail from Lokpa for the Tsum valley, suddenly we get a sentiment of entering truly into the hidden valley. While on the trek, we also pass through the alpine forests, glacial rivers, and enjoy the warm hospitality of ethnic people. We also visit several ancient Buddhist Gompas of the region including the Milarepas Cave, Rachen gompa, Mu Gompa among others. Day 01 : Kathmandu- Sotikhola(715m.)7/8 hours drive.

Day 02 : Soti Khola - Machhekhola

Day 03 : Machekhola-Thulo Dhungga 5hrs.

Day 04 : Thulo Dhungga – Philim ~ 6 hours trekking (checkpoint at Jagat and first night in Tsum valley)

Day 05 : Philim – Chumling (Tsum valley) -8 hrs trekking

Day 06 : Chumling – Chhokam Paro (3031m ) (Tsum valley) ~ 6 hrs trekking

Day 07 : Chhokam Paro – Mu Gompa (3700 m) (Tsum Valley) ~ 6-7 hrs walking

Day 08 : Mu Gompa – Lar (3245) (Tsum valley ~ 3 to 4 hrs trekking).

Day 09 : Lar – Chumling (2386 m) (Tsum valley ~ 9 hrs trekking, lunch & site-seeing

Day 10 : Chumling – Pewa (~ 2000 m) (left Tsum valley & start Manaslu trek ~ 5 to 6 hrs trekking

Day 11 : Pewa – Ghap (2500m) – 5 to 6 hrs

Day 12 : Ghap – Lho (3180 m) – 5 to 6 hrs

Day 13 : Lho – Sama (Ryo)(3520m) – 3 to 4 hrs

Day 14 : Sama (Ryo) – Samdo (3850m) – 3 hr. trek (stop to acclimatization)

Day 15 : Rest day in Samdo – Explore the area

Day 16 : Samdo – Dharamsala (4460m) – 3 hours trek (stop to acclimate) scout Larkya La

Day 17 : Dharamsala – Larkya La (5160m) – Bimthang ( 3720m) – 7 to 9 hours

Day 18 : Bimthang – Dharapani (1860m – on Annapurna Circuit) – 7 to 8 hrs

Day 19 : Dharapani – Chamje (1430m) – 4 to 5 hrs

Day 20 : Chamje – Bhulbhule (840m) – 3 to 4 hrs

Day 21 : Bhulbhule – Besisahar – Kathmandu 8hrs.

How fit do I have for this trek?
Trekking means walking in the remote area where modern facilities are not available and walking more uphill and downhill. So, if you are physically fit and health condition is fine, you can do this trek easily.

Can I use credit cards in during this trekking?
Credit card facilities are not available in the mountain. So you must have Nepalese Rupees in cash. However in major city like in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Biratnagar have credit card facilities are available.

What currency do the tea houses take?
Only Nepalese currency is accepted.

Where should I get my money exchanged?
To change Money, In major city there are several Bank and money exchanger, where you can change easily.

What payment do they take for a Nepal Visa?
Nepal Immigration accepts only in US Dollars for visa and please brings 2 pass port photographs. Please small bill in cash.

What are the basic amenities at a tea house?
In few places you will get private attached bath room with running water, However most of the places you need to share the bath room. You always get comfortable private room.

Do tea houses have electricity so I can charge my electronic devices?
Yes, few places have electricity and you can charge your batteries.

Are there any mandatory extra fees during the trek?
No, there are no any hidden fees apart from your personal expenses.

If I need to purchase some gear or supplies where should I get it?
All kind of branded gears you can buy in Kathmandu.

How do I find you at the airport?
Our airport representative will be holding you name card at the arrivals gate, please look your name.

What kind of weather we expect during this trekking?
The weather is very unpredictable in the mountain, however below 1000m is quite warm and coldest season it falls about 8/20 degree.
Below 2000m-  Minimum 1 degree and maximum 15 degree.  (1/15)
Below 3000m-  Minimum -1 degree and maximum 10 degree.
Below 4000m- minimum -2 degree and maximum 8 degree
Below 5000m- minimum -4 degree and maximum 5 degree
Above 5000m is extremely cold.

How does getting food work at the tea houses?
All different verities (continental and Nepalese) of hygienic food is served during the trek.

What is the preferred type of luggage?
A backpack in its simplest form, a cloth sack carried on one's back and secured with two straps that go over the shoulders.

Can I get my clothes washed?
No there is no laundry services are available in the mountain.

Do I need to get Diamox (altitude sickness medicine) before I arrive?
Yes you better to bring some high altitude medicine with you.

Can I add extra days to my trekking?
Yes, your trekking is always flexible so you can add few days if needed.
