Sleeping and Eating: The capital of Nepal Kathmandu has many verities of food and lodging. Of course in the mountain side there are is comfortable private room. Prefer flash light for your trip. Continental, Indian and Tibetan type of food are served in the mountain.

Communication: Large number of people speaks Nepali language however in the country side they have their own local language. So GAT suggested you to hire a Guide for your trekking in Nepal.

Group Trekking: Nepal is well known destination for trekking and mountaineering. If you are trekking in group make sure you are sharing your problems with your friends. Surely sharing your problems will give you power to go ahead.

Health: It is highly recommended to buy your insurance before you go. Nepal is Himalayan country so you may get altitude sickness. Normally pre fitness in not required to make trekking in Nepal. There are many different elevations trekking destination and the path/ rock are very fragile. Make sure with your doctors!!
