Chitwan National Park Itinerary

Day 01Drive from Kathmandu to Chitwan National Park 6hrs.

Wake up to warm breakfast. Today you will go to Chitwan for which you have two options. You can either choose to drive on a tourist bus to Chitwan National Park which takes about 5/6hrs or take a flight and safe the time. We offer the flight tickets for an additional cost.

Have lunch following your arrival in Chitwan. Chitwan National Park is the oldest and the only national park listed in the world heritage site. The national park is located at Sauraha and is home to 50 different types of mammals and 450 birds species. Its flagship species are one-horned rhinos, Bengal tiger and Asian elephants. Other animals included crocodiles, sloth bears, rhesus monkeys, striped hyena, deer, python, four-horned antelope, wild elephant and many more.

Day 02Jungle Safari Activities in Chitwan

Today is a full day jungle activities for your in Chitwan National Park. Enjoy morning jungle safari either by jeep or foot. The safari will be guided by natural guide. You will also visit elephant breeding centre, canoe on Rapti river, and attend cultural dance program conducted by Tharu people around a bonfire. Tharu is one of the indigenous communities of Nepal and native of Chitwan region. Dinner will be served at the hotel.

Day 03Drive back to Kathmandu

We offer bird watching tour in the early morning and return back to the Hotel for your healthy breakfast and departure to the bus station for your journey to Kathmandu. Or you may take a flight to Kathmandu.
