EBC- Chola pass trek is a never ending popular adventure trekking routes in Everest region suitable for all Mountain adventure lover. Generally we follow the Everest classical toure to Everest Base Camp. It covers all the major attractions of Everest hiking route from Sherpa village and its culture,lush landscape to high Mountain, diverse spices of birds and mamal and of course from majestic mountain views and high Himalayan passes to Tibetan Buddhism and Sherpa tradition. 

EBC-Chola pass trek begins with a short mountain flight to Lukla, the starting point of our journey. You will visit Namche and Tengboche Monastery and explore Chhukung valley with having enough an acclimatize day before heading towards base camp and Kala pathar. Kala pathar at an altitude of 5545m offer a mind blowing views of Everest (8848 m), Lhotse, Nuptse, Makalu, Cho Oyu, Ama Dablam and Khumbu glacier. Hike to Everest Base Camp (5380m) looking up to a gorgeous south face of Everest. Everest Chola pass trekking is harder for those who are not determind to have a challenging trekking in the mountain. This trek is difficult because of the Altitude, Weather condition at the time of our trek and Cho la high pass. 

The return route highlights a visit to the beautiful turquoise Gokyo Lake and a climbing of Gokyo Ri (5315m). While here you will also make it to the top of Chola Pass and then a visit to Cho Oyu Base camp. From here you will capture stunning views of Everest, Lhotse, Cholatse, Cho Oyu, Makalu, Pomari, Lobuche and also Ngozumba Glacier, the biggest glacier in Nepal and the variation of the landscape. Day 01: Arrival and transfer to Hotel in Kathmandu

upon arrival at Kathmandu airport, Our airport representative will meet you and coordinate transfer to Hotel. Rest of the time is free

After breakfast we will start Kathmandu Sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Durbar Square- Pashupatinath Temple (the oldest and biggest Shiva Temple in South Asia), Buddhanath Stupa (the holy place for Tibetan Buddhism). Overnight hotel in Kathmandu.

Morning fly to Lukla and begins the trek through the Tamang and Sherpa village. Lukla is mostly inhabited by Sherpa tribes. The trail goes gradually flat to Phakding.

You are approaching to the Himalaya closely. Viewing all mountain and pine forest and following the yak take you to Namche Bazar. On the way you will have the first encounter of Mt. Everest, Amadablem, Themserku and many more.

Trek begins very easily first part then trail goes downhill to Phunki Tanga on the river side. From here the Bouddhism was introduce into the Khumbu valley. Then ascend about 800m to Tengboche through the pine forest.

Tengboche is the best place to view Mount Everest, Amadablam and Thanserku in the back. Tengboche monastery is another attraction of the tourist so GAT staffs take you there in the morning to participate for Puja and descend through the Rhododendron forest.

 As we are walking in high altitude area so we are trekking like a slog. When we cross the small river in Dhukla the path goes steep up to Lobuche. You visit Chorten, Mane stone and all panoramic view of above eight thousand meters mountain.

You are on the lap of the Himalayan range. Gorakshep is the initial base camp of Everest. Until 1950s climber set their camp at this place. Optional hiked up to Everest base camp after the lunch and back to lodge.

This is the memorable day of your trek in your life time due to the Sun rise from Kala patthar on the Everest and its neighbors. Experience the Khumbu Ice falls and listen the noise from the silent. Trek back to lodge and down to Dzongla 4830m.

After early breakfast we begins your trek through the ice-cold path to top of the Chola Top 5416m. Surrounded by all Himalaya and see the glacier and long way descent to Dragnak.

Trek down to the hill and cross the Ngozumba Glacier and meet the classical trail to Gokyo lake and keep walking for an about one hrs and reach Gokyo lake.

This is a exploration day for your Goryo-Ri 5410m for the great view of Himalaya from Makalu to Cho-yuo (east to North range). It is a steep uphill to go Gokyo- Ri but pricy to reach the top. Back to Lodge and trek to Machhermo for 3 more hours.
