What important documents do I need to bring with me on this trek?
Valid Passport – must be valid for up to 6 months after you return from your tour, keep a separate photocopy with Nepal visa.
Travel insurance, keep a separate photocopy
Return flight tickets
Insurance coverage policy
Cash and Traveler’s Checks, keep numbers and proof of purchase separate
Emergency contact numbers for T/C’s, banks, insurance, family contacts.

How fit do I have for this trek?
Trekking means walking in the remote area where modern facility are not available and walking more uphill and downhill. So, if you are physically fit and health condition is fine, you can do this trek easily.


Can I use credit cards in during this trekking?
Credit card facilities are not available in the mountain. So you must have Nepalese Rupees in cash. However in major city like in Kathmandu, Pokhara, Biratnagar have credit card facilities are available.


What currency do the tea houses take?
Only Nepalese currency is accepted.


Where should I get my money exchanged?
To change Money, In major city there are several Bank and money exchanger, where you can change easily.


What payment do they take for a Nepal Visa?
Nepal Immigration accepts only in US Dollars for visa and please brings 2 pass port photographs.


What are the basic amenities at a tea house?
In few places you will get private attached bath room with running water, However most of the places you need to share the bath room. You always get comfortable private room.


Do tea houses have electricity so I can charge my electronic devices?
Yes, Most of the places have electricity and you can charge your batteries.


Are there any mandatory extra fees during the trek?
No, There is no any hidden fees apart from your personal expenses.


If I need to purchase some gear or supplies where should I get it?
All kind of branded gears you can buy in Kathmandu.


How do I find you at the airport?
Our airport representative will be holding you name card at the arrivals gate, please look your name.


What kind of weather we expect during this trekking?
The weather is very unpredictable in the mountain, however below 1000m is quite warm and coldest season it falls about 8/20 degree.
Below 2000m-  Minimum 1 degree and maximum 15 degree.  (1/15)
Below 3000m-  Minimum -1 degree and maximum 13 degree.
Below 4000m- minimum -2 degree and maximum 12 degree
Below 5000m- minimum -4 degree and maximum 5 degree
Above 5000m is extremely cold.


How does getting food work at the tea houses?
All different verities (continental and Nepalese) of hygienic food is served during the trek.


What is the preferred type of luggage?
A backpack in its simplest form, a cloth sack carried on one's back and secured with two straps that go over the shoulders.


Can I get my clothes washed?
No there is no laundry services are available in the mountain.


Do I need to get Diamox (altitude sickness medicine) before I arrive?
Yes you better to bring some high altitude medicine with you.


Can I add extra days to my trekking?
Yes, your trekking is always flexible so you can add few days if needed.
