Day 01: Arrival and transfer to Hotel in Kathmandu

upon arrival at Kathmandu airport, Our airport representative will meet you and coordinate transfer to Hotel. Rest of the time is free

Fly to Lukla and begins the trek through the Tamang and Sherpa village. Lukla is mostly inhabited by Sherpa tribes. The trail goes gradually flat to Phakding. 

Note: In high season (October/November and April/May) all the STOL flights may conduct from Ramechap-Lukla-Ramechap to avoid air traffic and delays. Kathmandu to Ramechap is 130km/4hrs. The flight to Lukla from Ramechap is just 15 minutes.

You are approaching the Himalayas closely. Viewing all-mountain and pine forests and following the yak takes you to Namche Bazar. On the way, you will have your first encounter of Mt. Everest, Amadablem, Thamserku, and many more

Optional hike to (Everest view hotel in Syangboche) or Khumjung Monastery This monastery is famous for Yeti Skull, Everest view Hotel, Hillary School, and its surroundings. Overnight at Guest house.

Thame is the north direction of Namche. Thame is the world-famous legendary Sherpa village. The village has an ancient Monastery and offers Pooja daily for good health and success of mountaineering and high pass trekking

We still have to follow the Trans Himalayan trade route to Tibet. The valley is most windy and tea houses are not well built for the trekkers. We stay in the small tea house for our cold night and nest day long way uphill to Renjo-la.

 Walking all the way uphill to Renjo-la top, an amazing view of Ngozumpa-largest glacier in Nepal Himalaya, and a view from the ridge above Gokyo Everest, Cho Oyu, Makalu, and Lhotse are visible at once. Probably the best panorama you can see from the Renjo-la top. Trek to Gokyo lake and overnight.

 Walk to Gokyo Ri (5316m)-Ngozumpa-largest glacier in Nepal Himalaya and view from the ridge above Gokyo Everest, Cho Oyu, Makalu and Lhotse are visible at once. The view of the tremendous ice ridge between Cho Oyu and Gyachung Kang is one of the most dramatic in the Khumbu region. Optional hike up to Cho Oyu base camp or fifth lake for mountain and glacier walk.

 As the path is descending and with facing the Thamserku and Kusun Khangkru Mountains, the valley, many herbs and sorbs vegetation are seen along the way feels more easy to breathe. Overnight at Guest house.

Even though heading down hill, lot of ups and downhill make tired very quickly than you thought. Phortse to Maha Danda will be the tough uphill for everybody. Visit Khumjung village, Hospital, Hillary School, Old Monastery where you can see the skull of Yeti. Trek 1.5 hrs to Lamche for overnight at Guest House.

The path is gradually down which will take about 2hrs to Namche. Along the way, you will see many mountain goats, birds, different kinds of flowers Mani wall, and a prayer flag. We are trekking down to Lukla to catch your next-day flight back to Kathmandu. Most flights leave in the morning for good visibility. Overnight at Guest house.
